Accessing Your Account Information
To view and manage your account details:
- Click your avatar in the top navigation panel.
- Select Account from the dropdown menu.
Information Displayed in Your Account:
- Your Username: Your account name displayed on the platform.
- User Activity Stats: The count of discussions, comments, and likes you've interacted with on the platform.
- Recent Activity: From the left-hand navigation, you can see the most recent activity you've posted.
Notifications
The notifications section is divided into two areas: Recent Notifications and Notification Settings. The table below outlines the notification types and whether you can enable or disable push and email notifications.
Notification Settings:

| Comments on my discussions | Notifications when comments are made by other people on your discussions. |
| Comments on discussions I follow | Notifications when comments are made by other people on discussions you follow. |
| Discussions in groups I follow | Notifications about new discussions in groups you follow. To follow a group, go to the group page and click the Follow button. |
| Questions in groups I follow | Notifications about guest questions in groups you follow, if you're an Advocate. |
| Replies to my comments | Notifications when someone directly replies to your comments. |
| Account status updates | Notifications about changes in your account status, such as when you are added to a group. |
| Content status updates | Notifications about changes in the status of content, such as when a discussion is closed by a platform moderator. |
| Group status updates | Notifications about general updates related to groups on the platform, such as when a new group is created. |
| Platform updates | Notifications about the actions of other administrators on the platform. |
How to Modify Notification Settings:
To change your notification preferences, simply toggle the Push and Email options to either Enabled or Disabled based on your preference.
Settings
Within the Settings window, you can update the following:
Personal Information:
- Display Name: Edit your display name.
- Email: View and update your registered email address.
- Password: Change your account password for security purposes.
Bio and Avatar:
- About Section: Add or update a brief bio about yourself.
- Avatar: Upload or delete your avatar. Supported formats for avatars include JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, HEIC, HEIF, AVIF, and WEBP. The maximum file size allowed for avatars is 10MB.
