How to retract or remove a Feefo review

Have you left a review and now want to retract it, or didn’t realise that your feedback would be made public? If so, don’t worry. You can contact our customer support team by emailing support@feefo.com and who will be happy to help. We aim to respond within 2 business days. To make the process as easy as possible, please include the following information:

• The website address of the business you reviewed
• Your order number
• The email address that the review request was sent to
