Create a loyalty point rule for leaving a product review

This will be available if you have your Upzelo account connected

 
  1. From the Loyalty menu click "Points"

  2. You will then click "Create" in the earn points section

  3. Choose "Leave a product review"

  4. Select how many points you want to award for leaving a product review.

  5. You also have the option to put limits on the number of times a customer can earn this points reward.

  6. If you are on a Pro, Scale or Custom plan you can then toggle on Customer Eligibility and select which tier of customers are eligible to earn this points reward.

  7. Finally click on the "Create" button and this action will be added to your list of points earning actions.
