How to Embed the Feefo Customer Experience Badge

Display the percentage of customers who'd buy again or recommend you, based on responses to your custom survey question - only available if you're collecting this attribute.

Overview

The Customer Experience Badge highlights customer recommendation and satisfaction feedback directly on your website. Unlike generic service badges that only display standard 1–5 star service ratings, the Customer Experience Badge is driven by service attributes and custom feedback-form questions, such as “Would you buy again?”.

The badge gives your visitors a clear trust signal by showing customer experience metrics based on verified feedback, helping you demonstrate customer satisfaction, repeat-purchase intent, and overall brand confidence.

Example use case:

  • Showing customer recommendation confidence on a homepage or landing page.
  • Highlighting repeat-purchase intent near conversion points.
  • Supporting service-led propositions where brand experience is a key buying factor.
  • Providing a customer experience trust signal alongside other Feefo widgets.

Note, the Customer Experience Badge is designed for brand and service-level feedback. It is not intended for product-level review display.

Customer Experience Badge Customisation

The badge can be configured in the Feefo Hub from the widget settings area.

  • Go to Display Tab.
  • Open the Widgets Gallery.
  • Select Customer Experience Badge.

  • Go to Feefo merchant page - Opens the merchant’s public Feefo review page.

  • Open Pop-up widget - Opens the Feefo pop-up review widget on the same page.

  • Go to custom URL - Sends the visitor to a merchant-defined destination, such as a testimonials page or customer experience landing page.

  • Do nothing - Displays the badge as a static visual trust signal with no click behaviour.

Customer Experience Badge Installation

Add the Feefo script to the page by pasting it near the closing body tag and replacing {MERCHANT_IDENTIFIER} with the merchant’s Feefo merchant identifier.
