      Enabling Widgets 2.0 via Hub Toggle

      Introduction

      You can now enable the new Widgets 2.0 experience directly from the Hub with just a few clicks.

      Enable the toggle

      Follow the steps below to switch over and start using the updated on-page widget.

      1. In the Hub, go to the Marketing tab.
      2. Select Widget Gallery from the menu. This will take you to the main Widget management page.
      3. In the top-right corner, locate the Widgets 2.0 toggle.
      4. Hover over the info icon (ℹ️) next to the toggle for more details.
      5. Click the toggle to turn it on.
      6. Review the information in the modal.
      7. Click Confirm to proceed.

      Note: You can revert back to your original widget experience at any time by switching the toggle off.

      Confirmation and Widget Update

      After enabling, you’ll see a success banner confirming that Widgets 2.0 has been activated.

      Your new on-page widget will now appear wherever your original widget was implemented on your site.

      Important Notes

      Once Widgets 2.0 is enabled, existing widgets will no longer be editable.
      You’ll notice the Edit button is greyed out — this is temporary while customisation tools are being developed.

      You can still toggle back to your previous widget experience if needed.
