What does the Feedback Breakdown report show?
The Feedback Breakdown report shows your current rating, total number of reviews, and a star-rating breakdown (1–5 stars). It also displays how many reviews are awaiting your response.
To switch between product and service reviews, select the relevant option from the Feedback type dropdown at the top of the page.
How does the Feedback Breakdown table work?
The Feedback Breakdown table segments your data by the tags you have set up, showing the number of reviews received and the average rating for each category. Example categories you can filter by include:
- Product category.
- Salesperson.
- Store location.
