Finding your API key

Introduction

Your API key authenticates your Feefo account and is required when using secure integrations, such as the Enter Sales Remotely upload method and the secure XML feed. 

 

How to find your API key

  1. Log in to the Feefo Hub
  2. Go to 'Settings'
  3. Find the 'Connectivity' section and click 'API Key'

Alternatively;

  1. Log in to the Feefo Hub 
  2. Go to ‘Settings’ on the left-hand menu
  3. Then click ‘Business details’ under Accounts & Users 
  4. Click  'Manage your API key' on the right-hand side

To copy your API key, click the copy icon next to your key, then paste it wherever it is needed.

 

How to generate a new API key

If you need a new API key — for example, if your key has been compromised — follow the steps in the How to find your API key section above, then click the blue Generate new key button. Important: Before regenerating your key, make sure no existing integrations depend on it, as regenerating will immediately invalidate the old key.
