How does Feefo moderate reviews to make sure they are genuine?
To challenge a review you believe is not genuine, log in to your Feefo account, locate the review, and submit a challenge with your reason and any supporting evidence. Feefo will then investigate based on its moderation rules. All reviews first go through an automated moderation process to confirm they meet Feefo's standards.
When you challenge a review, Feefo will consider the following:

If the review references a sale, Feefo will ask for proof of sale from the customer. If the reviewer does not provide proof of sale, Feefo will remove the review.

If the reviewer writes about an experience, Feefo will ask you to provide evidence that the review is inaccurate. If you do not provide evidence, the review will remain live.
