How to Add a YouTube Collection

Introduction

Add a feed of YouTube videos on your channel to your collection. Feefo Social lets you source your channel videos with just a few clicks.

Quick tip: You can create a mix of YT videos and shorts to engage your customers and increase conversions through the UGC content.

To add a YouTube channel video

  1. Log in to your Feefo account.
  2. Click Feefo Social.
  3. Go to Collection > All Collections on the left panel. You will see all your albums.
  4. Click Add Feed for the collection you want to update with videos from a YouTube channel. A pop-up will open.
  5. Select Shorts as the source and choose from
    • Channel - The branded space hosting all their videos and content
    • Keyword - The main topics or searchable terms related to an individual video’s content. 
  6. Click Add to finish.

 

You can create and add a playlist to your collection.

Feefo provides you with the ability to manage posts in your collection by hiding irrelevant content. You can also use the profanity filter to ensure that posts containing specific words do not appear in your collection. Additionally, you can tag products in your posts to elevate the overall experience for your visitors.
