How to Add an Instagram Collection

Introduction

Seamlessly integrate with your Instagram profile, enabling you to curate a truly unique collection in a matter of clicks. Connecting your social accounts, including Instagram, becomes a breeze, empowering you to effortlessly organise and arrange your posts.

To add an Instagram Collection

  1. Log in to your Feefo account.
  2. Go to Feefo Social.
  3. Go to Collection > All Collections on the left panel. A list of all your albums will open.
  4. Click Add for the collection you want to update with posts from your Instagram account. A pop-up will open.
  5. In the Add Collection dialog, ensure the source is Instagram and the method selected

    Hashtag - Enter a hashtag to track tweets or mentions related to that keyword. Instagram allows searching by hashtag to fetch public data.

    Tagged - Select or search for tagged accounts related to your posts. This helps fetch and organise content where your brand or handle has been tagged by other users.

    Reels - Select or upload Instagram Reels content to analyse engagement, reach, and performance metrics. You can use this section to manage Reels connected to your chosen media source.

    Username - Enter or search for a username to fetch posts, mentions, or data related to that account. This helps you analyse specific user profiles or pages linked to your media source.

    Stories - Select or upload Instagram Stories content to monitor performance, engagement, and reach. Stories data helps you evaluate how audiences interact with short-lived visual content.
  6. Click Add to finish and fetch posts.
  7. Once you have finalised your widget and ready to publish, click Publish. A prompt overlay will open.
  8. You can choose to curate your feed further or directly proceed to publish page.
  9. Here, we will move to publishing. Click Publish > Embed on a website. You will see the following screen:
    • Choose your target in the top dropdown. Ex. HTML or Shopify
    • Copy the embed code
    • Select the store page on which you want to publish the widget. (Only visible in case of Shopify)
    • Add custom domain(s)
Feefo provides you with the ability to manage posts in your collection by hiding irrelevant content. You can also use the profanity filter to ensure that posts containing specific words do not appear in your collection. Additionally, you can tag products in your posts to elevate the overall experience for your visitors.
