Before setting up integrations with BigCommerce connect the app.

 

Connect the App

  1. Open the Integrations Tab, click the Integration Hub.

  2. Navigate to the Platform tab and select the Add a connection button.

  3. Find BigCommerce in the search bar.

  4. Click the Add a connection button.
  5. In the authorisation window select your account.

  6. In a new tab, go to your BigCommerce personal account.

  7. Navigate to Settings → Store-level API accounts.

  8. Click the Create API Account button.

  9. Set your account name. Enable all permissions in modify/create/full mode as shown in the example screenshot. Then, click on Save.

  10. Click Save, then, a .txt file will be downloaded automatically.

  11. From that file, copy the access token and the store’s hash string (visible as part of the BigCommerce store URL).

  12. Return to Feefo and paste both Store hash and Access token into the input fields. Click Continue.

Ready! Open the created connection. In the Integration Hub section you can change the name of your connection and refresh its access.
