How to Create a New Collection on Feefo

Creating a new collection on Feefo is as simple as it gets. If you are new user or an existing one, you can set up a new album with your UGC content and place it on your website to build trust and credibility for your brand and increase conversion rates.

Create your first collection

1. Log in to your Feefo account. 

2. Click Feefo Social.

3. Select a source from where you want to add the UGC content. You have Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.

4. In the pop-up, add the name of your new collection (e.g., Feefo) and select the method using which you want to fetch the UGC content. i.e for Instagram you have Hashtag, Username (or Handle), Tag, and Reels.

   For example, if you choose hashtag, you must enter the hashtag that goes with your brand and fetches the posts containing your products.

5. You will get a prompt to connect your Instagram account to Feefo. Click Connect.

6. After giving confirmation, you have to select an Active Page and then click Done.

Furthermore, you can manage and curate your existing collections.

If you are an existing user

1. Log in to your Feefo account.
2. Click Feefo Social.
3. Go to Collection > All Collections on the left panel, The collections page will open.
4. Click Add Collection at the top-right. A pop-up will open.
5. In the Add Feed dialog, add the new collection's name, pick a source from the drop-down list and add its details. Click Add to finish the process.

Your new collection will appear in the list. Click on its title to view the feed.
