Understanding Feefo’s Trusted Service Awards

Our annual awards shine a light on businesses that demonstrate outstanding service. 

 

Introduction

Feefo’s annual Trusted Service Awards recognise businesses that deliver exceptional experiences to their customers. Unlike other industry awards, these are decided entirely by verified customer ratings, making them a true reflection of a brand's commitment to quality. 

Winning an award provides your business with a recognised symbol of trust to display across your website, social media, and marketing campaigns. 

 

The 2026 Award Tiers 

We offer three main tiers of service awards based on your performance over the previous calendar year. 

Award Tier 

Criteria Overview 

Trusted Service Award 

Awarded to businesses that meet our standard criteria for high-quality service and customer satisfaction. 

Gold Trusted Service 

Awarded to businesses that have gone a step further to achieve a consistently high service rating. 

Platinum Trusted Service 

Our most prestigious tier, awarded to businesses that have maintained Gold Trusted Service standards for three or more consecutive years

Exceptional Service Awards 

In addition to our standard tiers, we recognise a select group of businesses that have demonstrated extraordinary performance or growth. These are awarded across four specific categories: 

  • Exceptional Service – Small Business: Up to 50 employees. 
  • Exceptional Service – SME: 51 - 250 employees. 
  • Exceptional Service – Enterprise: Over 250 employees. 
  • Sustained Progress: For businesses that have shown significant year-on-year increases in their service scores. 

Industry Sectors:

One winner for each of the four categories above is selected from the following sectors: 

  • Automotive | Property | Finance & Insurance 
  • Travel | Hospitality & Leisure | Business & Professional Services 
  • Retail (Brick & Mortar) | Retail (E-commerce) 

How are winners decided? 

The awards are purely performance-based. To qualify, brands must demonstrate: 

  • Consistency: A high volume of reviews collected over the year. 
  • Quality: A service rating that meets or exceeds our strict thresholds. 
  • Authenticity: All ratings must come from verified customers via the Feefo platform. 

Note: The badges are a powerful tool for conversion. Every 2026 winner receives a digital assets pack to help showcase their achievement to prospective customers. 

Key Dates for 2026 

  • Announcement Date: January 20, 2026. 
  • Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email with instructions on how to access their badges.
