Understand the Header Tab

Introduction

The Header Tab allows you to customise the title, subtitle, and primary call-to-action (CTA) buttons displayed prominently at the top of your Feefo Social gallery. Configuring the header effectively helps brand your gallery and encourages users to follow your social channels.

A title, description, and button can help you to:

  • Attract attention: A well-written title and description will help to catch your visitors' attention and make them want to learn more about your collection.
  • Communicate your brand: The title and description can be used to communicate your brand's value proposition and differentiate yourself from your competitors.
  • Drive action: The button can be used to encourage visitors to take the next step in their customer journey, such as clicking through to a product page or adding an item to their cart.
  • Track performance: The performance of your collection can be tracked to see which titles, descriptions, and buttons are most effective in driving traffic and conversions.

 

To enable header button and title

  1. Go to Collection > All Collections in the left panel.
  2. On the Collections page, click Curate for any of the active collections.
  3. Go to Header and configure the following

 

Header Title and Styling

These settings control the text content and visual appearance of the title and subtitle of your gallery header.

Setting Type Description
Title Text Input & Styling Options Add the main title for your gallery widget (e.g., "Customer Stories" or "Shop the Feed"). Includes options to change the font, font style, background, size, and weight.
Subtitle Text Input & Styling Options Add a secondary subtitle for your gallery widget to provide context or a brief description. Includes options to change the font, font style, background, size, and weight.
Text colour Hex Code Choose the colour of the header and subtitle text using a Hex value (e.g., #333333).

 

Header Button (Call-to-Action)

These settings manage the appearance and destination of the main CTA button, typically used to encourage social media follows.

Setting Type Description
Follow Button On or Off Toggles the visibility of the primary header call-to-action button, often used as a "Follow Us" or "Shop Now" link.
Button text Text Input Add the specific text to display on the button (e.g., "Follow us on Instagram" or "Visit our Shop").
Button colour Hex Code Add the background colour of the button using a Hex value.
Button text colour Hex Code Add the colour of the text displayed on the button using a Hex value.
Button URL URL Enter the specific URL where the button will link to when clicked (e.g., your main Instagram profile).
