Understand the Add to Cart Value Overview

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Introduction

The Add to Cart Value Overview is a powerful section of your Feefo Social Dashboard that provides detailed analytics on how your UGC is directly influencing customer intent to purchase. This report is crucial for quantifying the commercial impact of your social proof.

It allows you to drill down from aggregate revenue to individual posts, giving you granular insight into your highest-converting content.

Metrics

At the top of the overview, you'll find key aggregated numbers to provide an immediate snapshot of performance for the selected time period:

Metric Description
Total Add to Cart Revenue The total monetary value (£) of all products added to shopping carts after a customer clicked on a UGC post within a widget. This is the ultimate measure of UGC's influence on purchase intent.
Posts The total number of unique UGC posts (photos or videos) that were interacted with and led to a subsequent 'Add to Cart' action.
From UGC Posts The number of 'Add to Cart' events that occurred directly following a click on a UGC post. This highlights the volume of conversions being driven by the content.
Top Channel Identifies the social platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) that sourced the UGC posts leading to the highest Add to Cart Revenue.
