Get Started
To access the Integration Hub and set up your first connection, log into the Feefo Hub and follow these steps:

Navigate to the main menu on the left-hand side of your dashboard.

Click on Integration Hub to open the welcome screen.

Browse the Templates tab to find a pre-built workflow that matches your business needs.

Go to the Platforms tab and click Add a connection to securely link your external software.

Head to the Flows tab and click New flow to launch or customise your automated data stream.

These are all the pre-built flows based on Feefo’s most frequent use cases with our most requested integrations. Each of these is ready to be installed and can be customised to work exactly as you need it to. Click on a card to read a more in-depth description of the platform and install a specific flow that works best for you. |

Click on the Flows option on the menu to see all the flows you have previously installed and add your own. Here you can review the data flowing through each integration and edit at any point. Each flow can be customised, even you build it from a template. |

To make each integration quick, easy and secure, the ability to connect your platforms is all in your hands. You no longer need to share any information with Feefo, through clicking Add a connection on the Platforms option, you can simply search for the platform and authenticate yourselves. |

Start with Templates: Don’t build from scratch if you don't have to. Our pre-built templates cover the most common use cases and can still be fully customised later.

Audit Your Flows: Check the Flows tab regularly to monitor the data moving between platforms and ensure your workflows are running optimally.
