What should I do if a customer has left the incorrect star rating on their review?

The customer needs to email autotradersupport@feefo.com. It must be from the email address connected to the review. They need to provide the following information:

  • Reviewer name

  • Review date

  • Current star rating

  • Correct star rating

Please note: This request must come from the customer. Feefo will not accept these requests from you.
