Overview

The Feefo Display Settings 2.0 allow you to control how your reviews are presented on your website. This centralized hub provides a range of options to customise the display of both service and product reviews, offering a more tailored user experience.

How to Configure Display Settings 2.0

To configure your display settings, navigate to the Feefo Hub and follow these steps:

Go to Display.
Click on Settings 2.0.

The settings available are:

Field	Description
Translations enabled	Lets users read reviews in their preferred language by showing a "Translate" button when a review is in a different language.
Hide reviews without comments	Only show reviews that include written comments. Star-only reviews will still count in summaries but won't be displayed.
Hide business replies to reviews	Show customer reviews only, without displaying any responses from the business.
Series as tag	Group and display reviews using product tags instead of individual SKUs. Use series: followed by your tag ID to show reviews for all products in that series.
Display imported reviews	Show reviews collected before joining Feefo, or non-syndicated imported reviews. Note, these may be laballed differently than your Feefo collected reviews.
Service - Rating timeframe	All reviews or Show reviews only for the last year
Product - Rating timeframe	All reviews or Show reviews only for the last year
Language Source	Display the widget in your chosen account language only, or automatically translate it based on the visitors browser language.
Service - Real All Reviews link	Go to the Feefo Merchant Page or go to custom link
Restricted Locales	Only reviews written in the selected languages will be shown.
